Our Company is committed to being fully compliant with all relevant State Government and Local Government Policy requirements in relation to Environmental management.  This includes the measures and controls for the premises from which we operate, as well as ensuring our surrounding  community environment is protected by the manner in which we conduct our business operations. 

 

BAC are leaders in the design and manufacture of composite structures operating within the Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001.

 

BAC is committed to minimising its impact on protecting the environment.
 

This is achieved by having measurable goals and objectives which shall include:-
 

• Compliance with applicable legislative requirements and other requirements to which the company subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.

• Prevention of environmental incidents, waste reduction and minimise the consumption of resources.

• Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.

• Develop and implement of manufacturing methods that reduce VOC emissions.

• Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and subcontractors.

 

Our Environmental policy forms our commitment to cover all areas of the business operations for Environmental and Recycling protection including Water management, Waste water, Yard maintenance controls including monitoring of all Drainage points within our boundary, plus rubbish control and all forms of  materials Waste disposal management including metal recycling plus portions of  dry waste recycling. 

 

The Company is committed to continual improvement of environmental performance.

This Policy will be communicated to all staff, contractors and suppliers, and be available for the public.

 

We are audited annually for Environmental management and controls, and we are issued with a Certificate of Compliance by Toowoomba Regional Council who are responsible for management and monitoring of Environmental controls on behalf of the Qld. State Government.
